What Participants Will Learn:

- Tips for pairing Ugali with various sides like Sukuma Wiki or meat stews.
Nyama Choma (Grilled Meat)
- Description: Nyama Choma, meaning “roasted meat” in Swahili, is Tanzania’s favorite barbecue dish. It typically features goat, beef, or chicken, marinated with spices and slow-grilled over an open flame for a smoky flavor.
